You Start Earning
As soon as they sign and pay their first invoice, your 12-month reward begins.
Eligibility
Open to individuals, partners, and organisations who refer new clients to RiseUp.
Self-referrals or referrals from within the same company are not eligible.
Qualifying Referrals
A referral qualifies when the referred client signs a new retainer agreement with RiseUp and pays their first invoice.
Referrals must not already be in discussions with RiseUp or an existing/past client.
Reward Structure
Referrers will receive 10% of the referred client’s monthly retainer fee for up to 12 months.
Payments are based on the actual amount invoiced and paid by the client (excluding VAT, media spend, or one-off project fees).
Payment Terms
Rewards are paid monthly in arrears once the referred client has paid their invoice.
Payments are made via bank transfer (or other agreed method).
RiseUp may require an invoice from the referrer for accounting purposes.
Duration of Reward
Rewards are payable for a maximum of 12 consecutive months from the referred client’s start date.
If the client cancels their contract before 12 months, rewards end at the point of cancellation.
Exclusions
Referrals of clients spending less than £X/month (you set the threshold) may not qualify.
No rewards apply to project-only work or one-off campaigns unless agreed in writing.
General
RiseUp reserves the right to amend or withdraw the referral programme at any time.
In the event of a dispute, RiseUp’s decision is final.
